The Compound Mixed Martial-Arts Training Center is a full-service fight training facility. Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is lead by Black Belt Professor Fred Frederick. We also have brown belt, purple belt, and blue belt instructors, and are a proud affiliate of 2nd Degree Black Belt Professor Gene Smithson (owner of Imperium BJJ) & 8th Degree BJJ Coral Belt Master Luiz Palhares. We also offer kickboxing classes and MMA classes. We have very affordable rates! Come check us out!
